Relaxation

Worry less - Relax more.

Daily relaxation is as important to a healthy lifestyle as nutritious meals, regular exercise and sufficient sleep.

There are many ways to relax, such as a creative hobby or meeting up with friends. Complete relaxation, however, is best achieved by doing nothing.
If you find it difficult to be still and let go, then learning a relaxation technique can
be useful.

I have experience in teaching a range of proven methods, for example deep breathing, progressive and passive relaxation, body scanning, autogenic exercises, mindfulness exercises, meditation and self-hypnosis.

Relaxation classes can be provided on-site
for companies, schools, gyms and other organizations.

"Thank you for a very useful afternoon.
I particularly enjoyed the relaxation session."
